Welcome to Georgia & Bear.

My small business journey began in May 2002, when my eldest children were still very young. Registering my ABN was the first step towards building a business that would allow me to contribute to our family while being present for the moments that mattered most. The balancing act was real, and still is, but the joy and purpose this business brings make every challenge worthwhile.

Originally known as Teddy Bear Cottage, the business was later renamed Georgia & Bear after the birth of my youngest daughter, Georgia, and her much-loved teddy bear. While collectable teddy bears and treasured characters have always been at the heart of what I do, the new name reflected a broader vision: creating a beautiful destination for keepsakes, gifts, and meaningful moments.

Today, Georgia & Bear is a family-owned Australian boutique offering a thoughtfully curated collection of quality gifts, baby treasures, children's favourites, collectables, home fragrances, and keepsakes. Every product is chosen with care, focusing on quality, timeless appeal, and brands that bring joy to both giver and recipient.

I am passionate about supporting ethical and sustainable practices wherever possible. From the brands I select to the eco-friendly packaging used for every order, I strive to make thoughtful choices that are kinder to both people and the environment.
