Collection: Charlie Bears Pre Orders

Charlie Bears Collections are offered for pre order on the following terms.

• A minimum of 25% of the total is to be paid at time of placing your pre order and is nonrefundable.
• The remainder is due within 7 days of you being notified that your bear has arrived. If payment is not received in full within 7 days of you being notified, then your pre order will be cancelled and your deposit forfeited.
  
• Charlie Bears can take 12 to 18 months to arrive from the release date and sometimes even longer, so only pre order if you are prepared to wait.
• Stockists don't know what stock will arrive when, we only have the same information as you, which is what Quarter the item is placed in by Charlie Bears, the Quarters that an item is in though does not in any way guarantee that this is when the item will arrive though.
• Every effort is made to post as many items together as possible to save you on postage. However if you order multiple items in one pre order and they arrive at different times which is highly possible then there will be a $11 postage charge for each time we send a parcel to you.
• If your item would normally be eligible for free postage but the website charged you postage because your deposit amount was below the free postage amount don't worry, the postage charge will be added as a credit towards the total left owing. So you will still be receiving free postage.
