Pre Orders

Charlie Bears Collections are offered for pre order on the following terms.

• A minimum of 25% of the total plus our flat rate postage charge is to be paid at time of placing your pre order and is nonrefundable.
• The remainder is due within 7 days of you being notified that your bear has arrived. If payment is not received in full within 7 days of you being notified, then your pre order will be cancelled and your deposit forfeited.
• When ordering more than one item in a single order we will, if possible, post items together for the one lot of postage. However, if items arrive at different times, then there will be an additional postage charge of $10.60 per item for the subsequent items.
• Charlie Bears can take 12 to 18 months to arrive from the release date so only pre order if you are prepared to wait.
• Stockists don't know what stock will arrive when, we only have the same information as you, which is what Quarter the item is placed in by Charlie Bears, the Quarters that an item is in though does not in any way guarantee that this is when the item will arrive.
