Pre Orders

Pre orders are available on the following terms.

• A minimum of 25% of the total is to be paid at the time of placing your pre order and is non-refundable.
• If you change your mind your deposit can be transferred onto another item or a store credit.
• The remainder of your Pre Order is due within 7 days of you being notified that your bear has arrived. If payment is not received in full within 7 days of you being notified, then your pre order will be cancelled, and your deposit will remain as a store credit.
• Postage is calculated as a flat rate per shipment so if you order more than 1 item in an order and your pre orders arrive at separate times then there will be an additional postage charge for each separate order that is sent.
• You will receive a PayPal invoice to make the final payment.
• Charlie Bears can take 12 to 18 months and sometimes even longer to arrive from the release date so only pre order if you are prepared to wait. The quarters that Charlie Bears place items in are only a very approximate guide and by no means a guarantee of arrival time.
